All presses are guaranteed for 1 year parts and labour. In the event of a repair being necessary we will arrange to have the press collected by courier, delivered to our service department and returned to you. If necessary we will also send suitable packaging but this will attract an extra charge if you haven't kept the original box and packaging.

If the fault falls within the warranty guidelines then we will repair it free of charge with the exception of the carriage.

Contact us for the cost of collection and return. This will be significantly more outside of UK Mainland, or if you have not kept the necessary packaging/box.
