Service
All presses are guaranteed for 12 months parts and labour and have proved very reliable. In the event of repair being necessary we have service agents in some areas but usually we collect the press to our service department and return it. If necessary we also send suitable packaging. This collection and delivery service is free in warranty and costs £21 out of warranty and a further £10.50 if a box has to be sent. This service takes around a week. Alternatively we can supply parts to any local repairer. We guarantee parts availability for the life of the press. We also offer a full refurbishment and cleaning service for older presses.

Spares
Generally the only regular spares you will require are spare ironing covers and pads which are included on the ordering page. Alternatively these can be ordered by telephone on: 01491 419200.
